#1 Introduction

The chance to follow your passion, change the world, and create something from the ground up that embodies your vision and beliefs is the best part of starting a firm. Even while starting a business might be difficult, the benefits are frequently well worth the effort.

Having a startup business as a fresh entrepreneur can lead to a good way of growth. However, most tech industries focus on "Employee Talent and Education", "Business Climate ", "Taxes and Incentives" which intends in lacking one of the major risk management threads, which is Dealing with Rejection: Startups often face rejection from investors, customers, partners, and even employees. The saddest part for founders is experiencing rejection and setbacks, which can damage their confidence and morale.

Let's consider that each business has its own narration and requires its own needs . Some startups offer innovative products or services that address unmet needs or create new value opportunities for customers who didn't require too much landscape on the web . But still require website for online presence just like my first start-up company.

BUT WHY WEB FOR START UPS....!?

The Internet is a really amazing platform because of the brand image and the ecosystem for partners. Any startup that is trying to hit big should come to the web. Compared to traditional software development approaches, web development is often more cost-effective for startups. Open-source frameworks, libraries, and tools are readily available, reducing development costs and allowing startups to allocate resources more efficiently.

EXPERIENCE IN START UP COMPANIES

Experience in the startup companies is way more dramatic than the Netflix series . In the beginning I never knew if I was a talented coder or not I have kept on adjusting everything that came in my way during college after Covid days have been ended.

After graduation there was a little period where I was unemployed and all the motivation and money slowly started to leave me but still I kept learning. I used to wake up every day with a little hope and end with a knack for turning coffee fueled late nights into flawless lines of code.

Here's the thing..!

I still remember the awkward interview of the second start-up company that I wish today that I would have never been to it. There was an opening for a WordPress Intern position. I was invited to an online interview , I have dusted off the best coding hoodie and headed to the interview. During the interview, I was bombarded with questions about algorithms, data structures, and the ever-elusive "work-life balance" in other words daily life questions that has nothing to do with the job and if asked why you are asking such questions.!? a simplified answer is been ready on their mouths : We are just testing your intelligence . Everything answered confidently, I didn't care if I was wrong (occasionally throwing in a joke) But later I wondered why did they have asked me about algorithms, data structures on front-end WordPress developer job.

  1. My 1st Start-Up Company

Introduction: The first start-up company had nothing to do with the web but still needed an online presence in this diplomatic environment.

In a diplomatic environment where online presence is increasingly important, even start-up companies that are not directly involved in web-based activities can benefit from establishing an online presence.

    The reason is pure simple:
-- 1. It provides a platform to showcase the company's mission, values, and achievements.
-- 2.Online platforms provide valuable marketing and branding opportunities for start-up companies.
-- 3.An online presence allows start-up companies to engage directly with customers through various channels such as email, social media, and live chat.

I was hired to create the company's online presence, despite the fact that the company primarily dealt with selling chemicals .

Unaware about my designing skills, I dove headfirst into the project. I designed a beautiful website complete with animated minimal graphics, interactive elements customization options, and even a themed backend dashboard made on bootstrap-php.

Unbeknownst to my Seniors, who were adding trouble by too many customizing formation and style over the website. Instead of calmly addressing their concerns, they responded me with a condescending issues filled with technical jargon and insults ,even after knowing nothing about web development and lack of computer literacy

The CEO stormed into the office and promptly fired me on the spot. As I packed up my belongings and slunk out of the office, I couldn't help but wonder where it all went wrong..!

Reflecting on his short-lived tenure at the start-up, I had realized that the god had gotten the best of me. The start-up would'nt stay with me forever ,until they vowed to tone down their arrogance and treat others with more respect in the future endeavors

"However all I can say, the best thing about having a startup is the opportunity to pursue your passion, make a difference in the world, and build something from the ground up that reflects your vision and values. While the journey may be challenging, the rewards of entrepreneurship are often well worth the effort."

  2. My 2nd Start-Up Company

    The second start-up where I worked was a drop-shipping tech company .

Their primary business motive was drop-shipping the latest trends, by hiring freelancers at a very low cost maintaining salary on client side approvals.

On my first day, I was assigned in a team as a frontend & backend developer. My first "coding team" - having three testers graduated directly from BCA and a single FIGMAA Designer, what a penchant for perfectionism. I poured my feelings and mind into the website I built, ensuring they were sleek, user-friendly, and pixel-perfect.

Little did I know, I was about to embark on a wild ride filled with fraud, unpaid invoices, and some questionable business practices.

The company had a worst practice was to ensure payment on time.

However, the days passed due to no choice I had to quit.

  3. My 3rd Start-Up Company

The third startup was a business CRM solution.

After all, in the world of startups, you never know when the next big opportunity might come knocking.

A legendary era of quirky CRM companies, a CRM company known for its quirky culture and innovative approach to customer relationship management, there was a React software coder "Me..!". I was a whiz with JavaScript and could whip up React components faster than you could say "render()".

As if that wasn't enough, I also had to contend with his eccentric colleagues, like the sales team who insisted on using emoji-filled email templates and the customer support team who communicated exclusively in GIFs.

But despite the chaos and absurdity, I thrived in my role as a React software coder. I embraced the company's offbeat culture and found joy in the little moments of hilarity that peppered his workday.

In the end, I learned that sometimes the most rewarding experiences come from embracing the unexpected and finding humor in the absurdity of life. And as I continued to code away in my dark-themed computer, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to work at a company where creativity, laughter, and React components reigned supreme.

#4 Compositing with Strategic Level

An absolutely-positioned brand / business group can use the skills in its sizing requirements to refer to the size of one or more articles and function resolving to a company.

Being Certified Over a Brand

ISO 27001: This certification is related to information security management systems (ISMS). It demonstrates that the company has implemented effective security controls to protect sensitive information.

Certify Within 3 Days @ ₹1900 — Take your business high with ISO 9001 Online Certifications of Quality Management Systems. uses the same parameters as anchor(); the only difference is that the keywords are changed to denote the separation between two opposing sides. The target anchor element's width and height are denoted by the physical keywords "width" and "height," respectively. The axises do not have to match, unlike anchor(); for instance, width: anchor-size(--foo height); is allowed.
The writing modes of the element (for self-block and self-inline) or the contained block (for block and inline) determine which of the physical keywords the logical keywords (block, inline, self-block, and self-inline) map to.
By using style and layout interleaving, an anchor-size() function that represents a valid anchor-size function resolves to the separating the relevant border edges (either left and right, or top and bottom, whichever is in the specified axis) of the target anchor element.

B Math is an intregrated calculator, that can even calculate factorials, square roots and other relevant content . It even contains new features for non-linear calculations that are difficult to type on your browser. Even simpler to apply without any difficulties for finding symbols on software keyboards.
